What is the Matae Change Leader?

Change Leader is a Microsoft Teams application that connects business leaders to change projects. It provides personalised action plans, real-time nudges, project communications and actionable insights – all within the Teams environment where leaders already work.

Does it require leaders to learn a new tool?

No. Change Leader lives inside Microsoft Teams, which most organisations already use. Leaders access everything through their existing Teams interface – desktop or mobile. Adoption is typically very high because there’s no new tool to learn.

How are personalized plans created?

The change team configures each eader cohort's plan in the Change Workspace, including specific new ways of working, actions, key messages and adoption measures. The Change Leader app then delivers this personalised content directly to each leader in Teams.

Can leaders provide feedback through the app?

Yes. Leaders can share feedback via chat, interact with nudges and rate their experience – all within the app. This real-time feedback flows back to the change team for action.

How do you measure leader engagement?

Matae tracks task completion rates, nudge interaction rates, adoption measurement responses and overall engagement scores. Change teams can see top-performing leaders and those who need additional support.

Is Change Leader available on mobile?
