The Portfolio Manager is an enterprise module that aggregates data from all your Matae Change Workspaces to provide a single, real-time view of change load, capacity, collisions and performance across your entire organisation.

Do I need the Change Workspace to use Portfolio Manager?

Yes. The Portfolio Manager draws its data from active Change Workspace projects. The more projects using Matae, the richer your portfolio intelligence becomes.

Can I see change load by department or team?

Yes. You can filter by department, persona group, geography, project or any custom dimension e.g. business unit. The platform provides both summary dashboards and drill-down capability.

How does collision detection work?

Matae automatically identifies when multiple change go-live events or activities target the same stakeholder groups within overlapping time windows. You receive alerts and can visualise conflicts on the heatmap.

Is Portfolio Manager available on all plans?
