In this role, Kevin will lead Matae’s North American business, partnering with clients across the region to ensure change isn’t just something that “happens to us,” but something we can embrace and shape together.
"I’m super excited to step into the role. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across industries and around the world. Each country and organization I’ve worked with has its own unique strengths, but the one constant everywhere is change. It surrounds us daily, and the pace is only increasing (as researchers at McKinsey note, the rate of change continues to accelerate year after year). To achieve our goals, whether organizational or societal, we must learn to navigate it.
My background is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a focus on the people side of transformation. I’ve spent my career studying human behavior, guiding leaders, and supporting teams through the challenges that come with change. What drives me is helping organizations not only adapt but thrive, unlocking outcomes that matter."
